Overview
Bio-Synergy Resources Inc. (Bio-Synergy) offers professional on-site drilling
waste testing for LWD operations. Whether your operation wants to drill for
coal-bed methane, or gas, oil, even diamonds in northern Canada, we can test
and arrange for the environmentally sound disposal of cuttings and non-toxic
drilling mud.

Pre-Disturbance Site Assessment (PDSA) - Bio-Synergy can conduct PDSAs on your
tentative lease prior to construction to facilitate optimal lease construction
and provide base-line data for reclamation operations in the future.

Landspray-While-Drilling - Bio-Synergy puts professional technicians in
the field to make sure that your operation has licensed access to plentiful water,
appropriate spread area, and they will test your drilling waste and shale prior to
disposal. We will make sure that you are compliant with the Alberta Energy
and Utilities Board (EUB) Directive 050 Guidelines, the Alberta Water Act, the
Alberta Environmental Protection Enhancement and Enforcement Act, and the
Oil and Gas Conservation Act.

Environmental Field Report (EFR) - The intent of the EFR is to provide
the client with site-specific details as to how environmental issues may be
addressed during the construction, operation and reclamation phases of the
development on public land. This will allow the client to maintain a level of
environmental integrity throughout all stages of the project.

Disposal on Forested Public Lands (DFPL) - Bio-Synergy can help you
dispose of drilling wastes in the Forested Green Areas through DFPL. When
we submit your Environmental Field Report, we will set up your drilling waste
disposal program in accordance with the EUB Directive 050, the Public Lands
Operational Handbook, and the Public Lands Act. Our technicians will
monitor the application of tested drilling wastes to the applicable license of
occupation and only those access roads that are suitable for DFPL.

Notifications - We work to make sure that your operation has no surprises
for the regulatory community where environmental compliance is concerned.
We issue pre-drill notifications as well as post-disposal notifications with
digitized maps showing where and how much drilling waste was spread, using
GPS technology to keep track of waste disposal.

Quality Assurance, Quality Control (QA/QC) - our goal at Bio-Synergy is
to provide the best QA/QC system for field analysis in the environmental
industry. Our field kits are calibrated and tested with QC solutions that have
been tested at a CAEAL certified laboratory. Our Data Quality Objectives
(DQO) mean that we target 5% of the certified lab data for all field tests.
